MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This aptly named restaurant is the result of a project created together with the CFPA hotel school in Casargo. The professional chefs and maître-d’s invite the school’s best students to work here at the end of their course in order to gain practical experience in the field. The modern cuisine focuses on fresh fish and other seasonal ingredients, plus there’s an interesting selection of wines.
