MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The menu here lists just keema curry, with a flavoursome balance of spiciness and vegetable savouriness. The owner-chef aims to serve straightforward dishes that are low in fat. Only chicken is used for the mince, and is cooked separately from the other ingredients to preserve its meatiness. Onion from Awaji is used to draw out the sweetness, with tomato for some acidity. Have fun adjusting the flavour by adding some cheese, which tones down the spiciness.
