MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The luxury hotel is a beautiful setting, complete with delightful terrace decorated with a mirrored wall and covered with jasmine. The cooking, which follows the rhythm of seasonal produce, is sincere and delicious: soft-boiled egg with green asparagus and parsley foam; steamed cod and sauce vierge; tarte fine aux pommes and vanilla ice cream. A real treat.
