For starters, browse the amazing array of meze; you can even customise your own meze platter. For the main course, try the famous Turkish street food beyti kebabi – ground beef and lamb skewer wrapped in lavash bread topped with yoghurt and tomato sauce. Enjoy it with a frothy ayran and finish with Turkish sweets.
