一星：高品質烹飪
Like its sister, this Da Dong has a bright and colourful décor, but it’s a lot bigger with more private rooms. It’s certainly not difficult to work out what the speciality of the house is – everywhere you look you’ll see a uniformed chef slicing roast Peking duck by someone’s table. There are, though, plenty of other worthy dishes – not least the braised oxtail, or the braised sea cucumber with scallion that comes in different sizes.
