Pompette

French-focused Pompette stands out with its all-white façade and leafy side patio. It's not just those exposed brick walls and buttery leather banquettes that invite you to settle in—the room hums with conviviality, and the staff is equally welcoming. 
Chef/co-owner Martine Bauer's menu is a treasure trove of French dishes dolled up with a contemporary flair. A dollop of smoked roe jazzes up a tartlette with cauliflower mousseline and smoked sturgeon, while creamy cured egg yolks lend creativity to traditional leeks. Profiterole, with a tableside dousing of hot chocolate sauce, is a classic parting.
Wine is of equal importance here, with a 3,000-bottle cellar and a program curated by co-owner and award-winning sommelier Jonathan Bauer.
