The Polish cookbooks of yesteryear inspire the tasting menus at this stylish restaurant inside the Raffles Europejski hotel. Dishes are modern interpretations of classic recipes, with their dates of origin included on the menu. A playful touch to the cooking and a short history tour finishing in the kitchen help to bring a bit of theatre to the experience. The restaurant is split across two dining rooms, one of which comes with an art deco vibe and marble-topped tables – both come with wonderful, sweet service.
