Hof van Herstal is an elegant restaurant with a decor that does full justice to its rich history. This establishment has bags of character. Chef Martin Bruggeman takes great pride in his work, proving every day that he is a true master of his trade. He slaughters his own game (venison is a must here!) and is happy to make judicious wine recommendations. His generous sauces are the best evidence of his culinary skill.
