The sight of passers-by standing trance-like at the front, mesmerised by the plump birds slowly spinning on their vertical spits, is common at this authentic Isan eatery in Old Town Chiang Mai. Though other Isan classics are on offer, the aromatic and impossibly juicy rotisserie chicken is the jewel in the crown here.
