But really, you're here for the food, which specializes in flavors from Kerala, a state set on the southwestern tip of the Indian peninsula. Be sure to save room though for the divine ghee roast dosa, as this tall, triangular and crisp creation served with sambar and chutney is mighty impressive even as it floats out of the kitchen. Simmering with spices, Kerala chicken curry will have you returning in no time.
