This exceptionally skilled kitchen team hails from a time-honoured restaurant in Shanghai and successfully delivers that same city’s authentic flavour here. The retro décor exudes a historic charm with dim lighting, coloured glass and vintage images. The must-try steamed drunken crab bursts with heady aromas. Stir-fried and blanched shrimp duo, braised pork belly, and grilled fish head with scallion are all excellent. Reservations are recommended.
