This place has a really intriguing concept! They serve a single set menu comprising multiple small dishes grouped into individual courses. Diners can choose to have 10, 13 or 16 "tasting portions". This ambitious cuisine incorporates regional influences by utilising a wide range of local ingredients. The elegant yet cosy interior makes for the perfect setting, combining chic design with comfort. With an abundance of reclaimed wood and quarry stone, herringbone parquet flooring and an open fireplace, complemented by high-quality fabrics and beautiful wooden tables, this restaurant has a remarkably tasteful and inviting atmosphere with an Alpine feel on two levels.
