All sorts of sake from all over Japan are offered here. Most of the dishes are seasonal, and some have an extra touch for better pairing with sake. For example, the ‘Ishirimochi’ is a bamboo skewer thickly coated with rice cooked in Noto fish sauce—a winter speciality that the proprietress cooks slowly in a hibachi brazier. We also recommend the minced carp and the horse sashimi from Kumamoto. You’ll want to try various combinations of sake and food.
