MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Pitanga, a sweet and sour Brazilian fruit, is also an invitation to the gourmet traveller. In his new restaurant, the Brazilian-born chef Alexandre Furtado (formerly of Bistro Paradis) offers "French-Latin American" cuisine (including tasty tapas, such as sea bream ceviche) based on quality ingredients and organised as a short and appetising menu.
