Grass-fed British and Irish meat is the specialities, the latter being quite hard to find in Hong Kong, such as the Irish John Stone hormone-free beef that is dry-aged for at least 25 days. It's also worth trying the daily specials and other meats from Europe, such as Welsh organic lamb from the Rhug Estate. Starters are in a modern European style. For dessert, try the decadent British classic 'Grandma's boozy trifle'.
