MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

With teak floors, gold accents and warm lighting, the dining room is smart and chic. The name refers to the owner – the seventh son who learned his culinary skills from his father from the age of 14. Cantonese barbecue meats are the must-try items, such as the roast suckling pig which is smoky and rich. Fish maw soup with shredded chicken boasts exquisite knife work and quality ingredients and delivers interesting textures and lingering aromas.
