Nestled in an art museum with commanding panoramic harbour views, the spacious room imparts serenity with its concrete walls and sprinkling of lights that resemble a starry sky. Executive chef Sung Anh lead the kitchen team of mostly Korean natives as they craft a single tasting menu that reflects the chefs’ multicultural backgrounds.
