MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Don’t be alarmed to find ‘chicken’, ‘pork’ and ‘seafood’ on the menu of this vegan restaurant – they are all made with soy. The food is based on Shanghainese cooking, minus the fattening sauces, and is easy on the salt and oil; the creations have punchy flavours and are exquisitely presented. Items such as dim sum and traditional stir-fries have been added to the menu recently. A set lunch is available in individual portions.
