MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

‘Hansik’ means Korean food and ‘Goo’ refers to the famous chef Mingoo Kang. But ‘sikgoo’ also means family, befitting the modern home-style comfort food the chef champions. The seasonally-driven tasting menu delivers familiar flavours and subtle twists, with yukhoe, Wagyu beef tartare, being the gastronomic highlight. Guests can order add-on dishes to share and the extensive list of Korean rice wine is also worth checking out.
