MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

With just a handful of tables and counter seats, this small restaurant in the heart of Central is the world-renowned chef Björn Frantzén’s first venture outside Sweden. The food sees Nordic roots combine with Asian influences, but his iconic French toast remains true to its origins. Staff cope well with the busy dinner hours. The wine list is small but well-chosen, with exceptional by-the-glass selections, along with Swedish craft beers.
