("SJM"), MICHELIN Guide proudly assembles four of the world's most acclaimed chefs to punctuate a night of unparalleled gastronomic delight, set to take place on Saturday January 20 2024, at the exquisite The Grand Pavilion within the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau.

Flying in from different parts of the world, the four distinguished chefs, each adorned with the honor of 3 MICHELIN stars and with diverse backgrounds and career paths, brings their own specialty and culture to the table. The gastronomic adventure that awaits is a testament to the ever-evolving culinary landscape offered by SJM to their guests all within a UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) Creative City of Gastronomy, Macau.

For a one night exclusive, this sensational eight-hands haute cuisine themed ‘Timeless Gastronomy’, features six courses alongside wine pairing. Guests will bear witness to the creation of signatures that stand the test of time while treating their taste buds to the rich tapestry of culinary diversity pushing the boundaries of taste.
