MICHELIN Star Table Macau 2023, held in partnership with SJM Resorts, S.A., presents an exclusive gastronomic program that invites a curated ensemble of internationally renowned chefs from MICHELIN Starred restaurants all over the world to Macau, where guests embark on a gastronomic journey and travel the world through your palate.
The MICHELIN Star Table Macau 2023 will present a series of expertly crafted four-hands dinners, starting with Chinese cuisine in September, featuring Chef Ken Chong of Palace Garden and Fung Cheung of Chao Shang Chao; and French cuisine in November, featuring Julien Tougourian of Robuchon au Dôme and Gérald Passedat of Le Petit Nice.
