This seaside restaurant, right on the beach lapped by the Atlantic Ocean, is run by the team of Brut (Guérande). A treat awaits culinary hipsters (open from breakfast to sunset) and the well-being focus is on fresh ingredients with a sprinkling of exoticism – eggs with seaweed tartare and trout roe, beetroot houmous, aubergine zaalouk or zaatar veggies. Starters to share, cold main courses served all day long and competently curated hot food – all of which at prices that make sense.
