A pebble’s throw from Le Havre beach, this pared-down, contemporary restaurant is blossoming thanks to the impetus of its young owner and equally youthful chef. The seasonal menu changes frequently, starring subtle, well-crafted recipes with crisp, distinctive flavours that enhance premium ingredients. Examples include monkfish, green asparagus, olive oil sauce and pine nuts, or strawberries in red wine, yoghurt sorbet, basil and crumble. In addition to the menu and carte, guests can opt to taste the chef’s mystery menu. The wines by the glass are often from magnum even jeroboam bottles – to the delight of wine connoisseurs.
