HOY Paris - Yoga Hotel
HOY stands for House of Yoga, but it’s also Spanish for “today,” and there’s something very of-the-moment about the hotel’s obsessive focus on self-care. The rooms are cozy, in typical Parisian style, but ultra-calming in neutral tones and organic materials, and they’re as comfortable as they are stylish. The drinking water is charcoal-filtered, the bath products are organic, and there’s a stretching bar provided so you can stay loose.
Mesa, the restaurant and bar, is a culinary tribute to the founder’s Latin American heritage, and it’s also one of the healthiest tables in town, thanks to plant-based chefs Lauren Lovatt and Carolina Rodriguez. Safe to say, given its intensely personal perspective, there isn’t another boutique hotel quite like it, in Paris or anywhere else.

Hotel Hoy is a calming oasis, where wildflowers send you off on your day and warmly greet you on your return. The florist and restaurant Mesa Hoy were both bustling with Parisians echoing the shops and markets that make up Rue des Martyrs. If you're vegan, hotel Hoy is not only a lifeline in Paris, but a reason to plan your next trip. The morning croissant, Ribollita and shitake cacio e pepe were delicious.
Stylish, well located, kimono in the room a nice touch.
