MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Inside the former Hainaut Hospital, which was built under Louis XV, this restaurant makes for an opulent setting with its majestic pillars, high ceiling, chandeliers and plush carpet. Excellent classic transalpine cuisine that offers specialties from all over. The chef sometimes adds personalized touches, which are always welcome. A success that is rarely seen outside of Italy.
