The cuisine on offer here is centred around à la carte dining that occasionally surprises, and features enticing daily suggestions that combine local traditions and Asian influences. The chef, usually working behind the wooden counter (you can also eat here), can often be seen in the dining room putting the finishing touches to dishes in front of guests.
