This self - taught chef, but from a family of restaurant owners at the Mont Saint Michel, runs a welcoming eatery, rich in friendly appeal with a light, airy dining room. The food is equally appetising, as sophisticated as it is inventive. Brief lunchtime menu, more elaborate in the evenings.
