The Bistrot Gourmand may be an offshoot of the eminent Benoît Vidal establishment, but it can be relied upon to deliver the goods! Originally from Perpignan, the chef crafts flavoursome dishes "just like granny used to make", such as pulled duck with toasted hazelnuts and Savoie mushrooms. The south-facing terrace adds the final flourish to this tempting portrait.
