MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
“Handpicked ingredients and wines for drinking” is the ethos of this mix between a house in the country and a craft workshop… The chef keeps his promise, backed up by his encyclopaedic knowledge of mushrooms, as well as other handpicked wild ingredients. Acacia blossom, wild garlic, blueberries and bilberries flank creative dishes that are the epitome of natural. All of which washed down with carefully selected wines by the chef, training to be a sommelier. A real treat!
