MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
The contemporary two-storey dining room features a muted palette punctuated by white marble table-tops, champagne gold and black trim. This new brand of a restaurant group specialises in dry-aged prime steaks from the U. S. , all grilled in the show kitchen. Among the myriad of prime cuts on offer, the T-bone dry-aged for 28 days is a highlight. Both set and à-la-carte menus are offered, with optional wine pairings available.
