MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Overlooking the port of Saint-Tropez, Gina's (a tribute to Lollobrigida?) embodies the dolce vita on the Amalfi coast: mirrors, green ceiling, chairs upholstered with moiré-patterned fabrics by a top couturier, Murano vases, furniture inspired by great Italian designers… A feast for the eyes as you savour the elegant contemporary Italian cuisine (under the direction of masterchef Éric Frechon), in which fish and shellfish are the stars of the show: bass crudo "di gina", pink peppercorns and dill; "Gina's confidential linguini", blue lobster, coral butter and basil.
