With its location by the main road and the motorway, A Bolota is a perfect gastronomic stop between Madrid and Lisbon. Behind its well-maintained façade you’ll find two classic-regionally inspired dining rooms, one with a private bar and fireplace. The kitchen team here prepares traditional Portuguese cuisine with lots of attention to detail, enhanced by a few recipes from the Alentejo and the occasional international dish. Although we could mention several specific dishes here, we must recommend the tasting menu with its truly unbeatable value for money.
