In the heart of the Lomagne, this old farmhouse has been stylishly restored to house guestrooms, gîtes and an appealingly chic, country-style restaurant bathed in light. Chef Christopher Roussat serves delicate and tasty seasonal cuisine, making good use of local produce (foie gras and Armagnac) and herbs fresh from the vegetable garden.

"We maintain a close working relationship with local producers and artisans. We have a permaculture vegetable garden on the estate, with water reserves courtesy of pools filled by springs and cisterns that store rainwater.
