MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Chef Victoria Blamey, aided by a small but talented team, impresses diners with a range of unique cuisine that brims with personality. Finding the alley entrance may pose a challenge for even the most knowledgeable New Yorker, but that's part of the fun (spoiler alert: it's housed within the Walker Tribeca hotel). The dining room is cozy yet chic, with simple white walls, large windows dressed with cafe curtains, mosaic tile flooring, blue banquettes and a small marble bar counter.
A four-course prix-fixe offers an array of plates. Options may include a pristine sea scallop dressed with a vibrant winter squash-enriched leche de tigre; or plump mussels arranged with charred cabbage and accompanied by a slice of excellent bread for sopping up the onion broth.
