MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Alcyone is the name of the brightest star in the Pleiades – and naming his small restaurant after it tells of the owner-chef’s desire for it to shine despite its size. The unique dishes are the result of his experience in Italian and French cuisine. Bamboo shoots in the spring are prepared in a grilled risotto and paired with sweet shrimp consommé. His appetite for creating is as limitless as the night sky, and he demonstrates brilliant outside-the-box thinking.
