MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
Situated in the historic centre of this beautiful village, this restaurant with a brick-vaulted ceiling is housed in the former stables of an old palazzo. The ambience, however, is modern and inviting. Near the entrance, the display cabinet laden with excellent local cheeses is a fine sight, while on the left, a small window offers a glimpse of the kitchen. Here, the regional cuisine reinterpreted with individual flair by the owner-chef, plus three tasting menus from which it’s possible to choose à la carte options, all demonstrate that Osteria Ophis is still an excellent choice!
