MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This bistro is the domain of Thierry Blanqui (who has already demonstrated his skills at Beurre Noisette). The market-fresh menu is chalked up on the blackboard at lunchtime (eg pan-fried fillet of meagre, caramelised endives; pork belly, braised red cabbage); in the evening, tapas-style dishes and plates to share (special mention for the pâté en croûte). Pleasingly affordable.
