For over 15 years, this vegetarian restaurant has been enchanting customers with dishes that satisfy all five senses and echo with the Zen-inspired décor. There are several nine-course prix fixe menus to choose from, all crafted in a Japanese kaiseki style that emphasises artistic plating. Natural flavours are accentuated with minimal seasoning and cooking. Monkey head mushrooms in black pepper sauce is a standout dish with its meat-like texture and juiciness.
