The group that owns Taïrroir opened this fashionably retro restaurant in the iconic skyscraper in 2021. The sweeping view is a given, and the room in brass and olive green is quite charming. The head chef from Hong Kong has over 50 years of experience under his belt and is well-versed in both contemporary and classic dishes like the juicy barbecue pork, and his take on Buddha’s Temptation, a cross between the Hong Kong and Taiwanese versions of the soup.
