The young chef Yuan previously worked in a top restaurant in Japan and opened his own dining concept in 2013. Three prix-fixe menus are offered, featuring dishes made mostly with local ingredients and underpinned by European techniques. The recipes pay homage to Taiwanese culinary culture and history, re-inventing classics like soy-marinated meat, seafood soup and rice cakes, with soigné plating and creative twists. Reservations are mandatory.
