The world of charcuterie is still pretty much unexplored territory in Korea, so when a restaurant like L’Impasse 81 makes its own prepared meat products à la Française from scratch, that alone is reason enough for excitement. This cozy French dining bar is homey and comforting, just like the menu it offers. Try their signature sausages including boudins and merguez as well as their pâtés and rillettes, which are especially hard to come by in Seoul, and can be enjoyed at reasonable prices.
