Vigor is the pinnacle of classy. Set in this elegant 17C Bleijenburg villa, Lars Albers combines his culinary prowess with Randy Bouwer’s extensive wine know-how (excellent range of sherries). A consummate technician, Albers surprises diners with the intensity he brings to well-known flavours and his reluctance to opt for play-it-safe recipes. A delicious newcomer!
