Located in the heart of the city, in a wine merchant's house that is over 250 years old, this restaurant is considered one of the finest in the region. A delightful historical setting, it boasts a beautifully restored barrel-vaulted ceiling. They serve a five- or seven-course set menu comprising dishes that are meticulously prepared using predominantly regional produce. The wine list includes a few rare finds! Tastefully designed guestrooms are available in the Weinhaus Uhle hotel.
