The legendary Sister Wah is no longer at the helm but her sons are running the shop just like she used to. Its signature beef brisket in clear soup uses fresh local beef which is braised in a stock with over 10 different herbs. Other items on the brief menu include homemade dumplings with pork and white cabbage, drunken chicken and Dan Dan noodles. With only six tables, it gets filled up as soon as it opens.
