You have to walk through another restaurant to get to this eight-seater – all seats face the grill, separated by bincho charcoal to remove the barbecue odour. The Japanese head chef serves a Wagyu-heavy kaiseki menu in omakase style, 8-course at lunch and 9-course at dinner, featuring quality seafood, seasonal produce and rare Wagyu cuts prepared in a myriad of ways such as sushi, maki roll and noharayaki. A must-visit place for beef lovers.
