This eponymous fine dining concept from Walter and Margarita Manzke is in the same building as their more casual Bicyclette Bistro. Here, you'll settle in for a ten-course tasting menu boasting a contemporary style that blends French techniques with Californian influences and Asian notes.
Start your meal with a passion-fruit gin tonic and warm potato chips with with a beautifully presented dip. Liberty Farms duck as well as Snake River Farms wagyu are among the main course highlights. Desserts (prepared by Margarita) are inventive and will impress just as much as the hot chocolate with cognac foam to finish.
