The two pavilions at the centre of this gilded dining room are the very essence of grandeur, while Zisha teaware displayed on peach wood shelves adds an extra touch of refinement. The menu boasts many Cantonese gems, including the signature date-wood roast duck. Typhoon shelter-styled fried crabs have firm flesh and rich roe, served with mildly hot chilli and earthy garlic to heighten their sweetness.
