This bright and airy dining room features a neutral colour scheme and is dotted with lotus motifs. The Guanyin statue at the entrance imparts a sense of solemnity. On the menu, nouvelle vegan food is offered alongside many ovo-lacto options. The chef uses both Chinese and western techniques to create photogenic dishes that feel novel and vibrant. Matsutake and Shi Hu tonic soup is light and aromatic, while the avocado salad roll is a signature.
