This country inn stands in the shade of the old lime tree. The vegetable patch is full of courgette flowers, carrots, round cabbages and redcurrants, and the chef uses them to excellent effect in his dishes. Enjoy this tasty local cooking in front of the fireplace or outside, overlooking the fruit trees.

Produce from our vegetable garden and supplied by the committed local artisans we work with is at the heart of our seasonal cuisine. We also collect water from washing vegetables, and compost all organic waste to nourish our crops.
